Steve is a Regional Manager for the Football Association PE Unit and the Assistant Manager at Tadcaster Albion FC. He is based in Leeds, UK.

While talking us through a fascinating life story-so-far including a 'eureka' moment under the floorboards, Steve shares his thought on prioritising staff well being, creating a culture to get members of his team ‘on the bus’ and how leading by example can improve the performance of a department.

Steve reflects on the importance of delegation and why this is a personal focus for his development and explains why all children should experience high-quality PE.
