In this episode we discuss the difference between lifting for sports and powerlifting. There are similarities and many differences. It is very important to program right in order to get the most from your lifts/lifting program. There is a place for powerlifting in sports, but there are also sport specific exercises that need to be done to enhance athletic performance. Be sure to really take some pointers from this episode and add them to what you’re doing if you’re an athlete, and also question your routine to be sure you are getting the most from it.
