Laura credits having a healthy attachment with her children, being fully aware of her parenting goals, and not giving into fear that the cultural myths try to influence her parenting. She encourages families with tips and advice for connecting with their kids during detox and to have the strength to “go hard” and make the changes “with your arms outstretched to your child.”
