Fitness expert and celebrity trainer Lauren Boggi is the founder of Studio LB. She is a 20-year industry veteran who has gained notoriety across the US and beyond, appearing in The New York Times, People, Vogue, SHAPE, Fitness Magazine, and Forbes just to name a few. After years running her fitness studio in Philadelphia followed by a move to Los Angeles with her family, Lauren has taken her practice to the digital world through Studio LB. She also works on custom fitness solutions and offers one-on-one support to the LB Studio community to help clients achieve their personal goals.
