Today’s exceptional guest is Richard Barbieri, the original synthesist for one of my favourite groups; Japan. 

His other musical projects include Rain Tree Crow, Jensen/Barbieri/Karn and many solo albums, but most notably as a member of Porcupine Tree for over 10 years.
