Saul is "ravaging" the church but the gospel is spreading. A magician is converted and baptized but then tries to buy the power of God. The Holy Spirit is mysteriously absent in Samaria until the Apostles arrive and Philip encounters a eunuch from Ethiopia reading Isaiah.
