Gary Frey stumbled into coaching ‘by accident’ but has created a successful practice. He is now considered a connector and confidant for CEOs and hosts his own podcast that highlights the vulnerable side of entrepreneurship.

Gary is a connector, “MacGyver,” and confidant for CEOs plus co-host of the Anything but Typical

Podcast featuring vulnerable stories of ripple-making entrepreneurs.

He’s been president of four successful companies, including Bizjournals.com, a business news portal –

growing it from three people to a $100 million company. He’s done two turnarounds and led in two

Fortune 100 companies. He leads business coaching and development for a regional CPA firm serving

privately held businesses.

He does a Murph workout every Monday (Google it!), is a triathlete, drummer, father of two grown sons,

“Papa” to four grandkids and married for over 39 years.
