Welcome to Business Minds, a podcast proudly brought to you by Sydney Hills Business Chamber.
Our show aims to both educate and inspire business owners – big or small – by sharing stories and extensive experience from like-minded people.
I am your host Fiona Kane and today I’m chatting with Jason Jelicich from Momento Hospitality on the topics of team culture and systems for delivering Remarkable Service to guests.
Jason Jelicich is passionate about training and team culture.
Starting behind his father’s bar as a teenager, Jason progressed to become an awarded bartender, speaker, and trainer - receiving the Outstanding Contribution Award at the Australian Bar Awards in 2007.
Since then, he has been a business coach to some of the world’s top bars, including New York's Dead Rabbit, which was voted the World’s Best Bar in 2016.
After 2 years under contract in the US, Jason returned to Australia to take up the position of Training and Culture Manager for Momento Hospitality in Sydney's North West. His focus is on building training systems to help the company double its size over the next 18 months.
