Andreas Mang serves as the CEO of Equity Healthcare, where he oversees the management of medical benefits spending across Blackstone's portfolio. With two decades of experience in healthcare, Mr. Mang has worked in various capacities in healthcare finance, operations, and strategy.
Before joining Blackstone, he was the Vice-President responsible for national provider network operations at CareCentrix, a prominent home health benefit-management company backed by private equity. Earlier, at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, he played a leadership role in identifying and implementing cost-saving measures across the organization and played a key role in designing a new corporate business model.
