Through connecting with her elevated self, she was able to make peace with darker aspects of the human 3-D experience, from repressed trauma to the overwhelming grief of losing her mother, her best friend, and spiritual guide, who still protects her “from the other room.”  

As she rigorously explored her inner-landscape during her meditation journey, Solé realized that heart space and that shared connection to all things was missing from the world. Her mantra, heal yourself, heal the world, is an invitation for all to reach inward to come into our full power and live a life embodied in kindness, compassion, and love.
