Sahha is an early-stage VC-backed digital health organisation with a platform that uses behavioural data from wearables and smartphones to deliver mental health care insights. Sahha collects digital phenotypes from mobile devices, such as a person's physical activity and sleep quality, and analyses that data through proprietary models to predict mental health conditions against standardised psychometric tests.
In this way, Sahha state that they offer a predictive mental health technology platform to predicts the likelihood of the user's risk of depression, providing social support and recommends professional assistance based on insights gleaned.
Aleks is a computer scientist by background and a serial entrepreneur. We talk today about his own brutally honest and personal journey with burnout and depression that inspired him to build Sahha, working through trial and error, and how an attempt at swiping cheese led to him gaining a new business investment.
