After completing her studies, she landed a job at Microsoft as a business manager, but she soon realized that she wanted more – to explore the sales aspect of the tech industry and talk to customers about the technology and how to use it effectively.
However, switching from a numbers-focused role to sales was not easy. She had to educate herself and find someone who believed in her to get her first job in sales. Khanh's passion for Microsoft technologies, users, and challenges helped her overcome the difficulties and achieve her goal.
