I am so type A that everything I hear about health and wellness I take to the T and then I am constantly worrying about my protein (eating good fat, but not too much; not avoiding carbs - eating more veggies, choosing the fiber rich carbs). All of this is good, but I feel like I over-stress about it so much that I don't even listen to my body and how it feels!

In your opinion, what do I really need to dial in as far as nutrition while I am trying to heal my gut?"

Krista's question comes on the heels of having made some great improvements in her health and symptoms such as having more energy in afternoon, being able to function perfectly with NO coffee/caffeine, bloating being down, distention is 50% better, and being able to fall asleep MUCH faster through the night.
