Whether you are in constant motion, need to always be talking, or are super emotionally fluid, knowing your spirit type gives you permission to act in ways that honor you. Sonia C. recognizes when she needs to deliberately get grounded, Sonia T. has to work to make choices before the very last minute, and Sabrina loves making choices because the commitment means opportunities are opening up all around her. It's time for your vibe check! How are you feeling about the choices that are facing you? Choices that feel right are easy choices to make. You can't force that energy to flow, but you know when it's time to move forward, when it's time to pause, and when it's time to stop.
