Going from being in a situation where I had multiple teams to going to one where I had one and being more than the “weight room person.”
2) If you could ask one question and you know you would get the answer what would that be and why?
Where do we go when we can’t hold people accountable?
3) What’s your escape?
Going home to see my family, traveling, and cooking.
