Join Karli for a little beginner’s dive into the relationship of feminine and masculine energy within us, learned through her own experiences and teachings she has connected to along her journey thus far.

We will explore the various facets of the feminine energy, often associated with nurturing, love, flow, and receptivity – as well as the masculine energy to better understand and embrace the essence of both within us all.

Society has a LOT of conditioning around these energies and discovering how they authentically present themselves within us is a deeply introspective journey. It invites us to release what we have been told and explore how we express and relate to these energies in our thoughts, emotions, and actions… encouraging a deeper understanding of ourselves and our unique place in the world.
