Founded by CEO and former lawyer-turned-entrepreneur Helene Godin in 2010, By the Way Bakery is a small, old-fashioned bakery where everything is made by hand, from scratch, in small batches. All of their baked goods are gluten-free, dairy-free, and certified kosher. Most importantly, everything they make is as delicious as – if not better than – most conventional baked goods. As By the Way Bakery turned into a successful brand with a devoted following over the course of ten years, Helene was able to explore new territory and expand. With now 4 locations across New York and Connecticut, the bakery is also starting to ship some of their most-loved products nationwide.
