Daren Blomquist of auction.com on his 2023 housing outlook

Today, Clayton had the opportunity to sit down and talk to Daren Blomquist, the VP of Market Economics at auction.com. Daren has been around this space for quite a while and analyzes and forecasts complex macro and microeconomic data trends, with his works being cited in major publications such as The New York Times and  The Wall Street Journal.

For this episode, we invited Daren to talk about a really unique and not often talked about perspective derived from the auction.com platform to help us better understand buyer behavior and what we anticipate will happen in the retail housing market.
