Jad Finck is the vice president of Innovation & Sustainability at Allbirds. In 2014, the sneaker company started as a kickstarter to build running shoes using merino wool. Now, Allbirds has blossomed into both a full brand, and a mission-driven company that puts sustainability at the forefront.
In June, Jad became a judge for the inaugural Anthem Awards - the Webby's new initiative for mission and purpose-driven work - and will help review our Sustainability, Environment & Climate entries this year.
