S1E1: What does it mean to be an Indian ?

The first episode of HistoryChatter asks a deceptively simple question:
what does it mean to be an Indian?
It shows that at times in history the Chinese have been called Indians, by law. It also shows that Muslims have been as legitimately been called Hindus. It concludes that all history must pay attention to contexts.
