Rich Holman is a man on a mission. At the age of 72, he had a long list of medical conditions and was on multiple medications. As he likes to say, he was a “dead man walking”. It all turned around when he met a holistic doctor who suggested that he do a 21-Day Sugar Detox. This radical dietary intervention transformed his health. Six years later, Rich is in the best shape of his life and has become obsessed with helping others discover the benefits of breaking up with sugar. In fact, Rich is currently working on a book that will share the science proving the harms of sugar and will invite others to urgently stop eating processed and ultra processed carbohydrates.
