What is Web3?

If you’re new here, Web3 is the next major iteration of the internet, and includes technologies like blockchain, NFTs, and even AI and the metaverse.

Today we talk to Lisa Mayer, Founder of Boss Beauties and former founder of Social Canvas, and her ongoing mission to inspire women and girls to be whatever they want to be - first through mentoring events, and later in Web3 by founding Boss Beauties as an NFT project and now a media and IP brand empire.

Lisa talks about how saying yes and putting yourself out there can get you amazing opportunities: from invitations to the White House, to getting funding from Serena Williams’ venture fund, and having Boss Beauties artwork hung on the wall at the New York Stock Exchange.
