TEI 110: How GE’s FirstBuild creates products

They have created an open community with access to world-class engineering and design talent for exploring ideas and creating home appliances. I plan to visit FirstBuild in a few months to learn more, but for now, I spoke with Taylor Dawson, their Product Evangelist.
