Dr James Orr is Associate Professor of Philosophy of Religion at the University of Cambridge. Dr Dave Benson is Director of the Centre for Culture and Discipleship at London Institute of Contemporary Christianity. Whilst James and Dave are both Christians, they hold different positions on how we should respond to DEI initiatives in our workplaces and universities.
