MY TOP 3 ATTENTION GRABBERS
- Partnerships take time. Find the right ones, and the right person inside them, then be patient and put in the ground work.
- Be upfront with people like Quentin was in those first couple of years when he was taking ski tours to Japan, having not been there himself. If your passion and excitement shines through, then I think we can be a very forgiving.
- Own other parts of the value chain - buying hotels probs wasn’t on Quentin’s to-do list until he realised how much money he was giving across to his hotel partners.
