Amy and Allie Middleton are the hosts of today’s podcast. Allie Middleton is a Licensed Psychotherapist, Author, Yoga Teacher & Certified Yoga Therapist. Allie’s focus has been to help with envisioning the future of Yoga and Yoga Therapy. Amy and Allie chat with Rachelle Pean a licensed social worker, LMSW. Rachelle tells us the journey of how she left her day job and became an entrepreneur who co-founded Root3d, a wellness space in Albany, New York for BIPOC people to heal. She also specializes in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as it relates to trauma, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
