We are joined by Nick Grantham to discuss connecting with athletes in different sports and cultures in this weeks edition of The Podcast. After a run down as to how he has gotten to where he is today Nick dives right down the rabbit hole of connecting with athletes across multiple sports, including not just the sports but connecting with athletes of different cultures and backgrounds. This includes the idea of “positive pollution” and how that not only impacted how he works with his athletes, but his programming as well. Nick shares a great number of ways that he feels he has improved as a practitioner by working more with the athletes as opposed to dictating what the athlete is doing.
