Previously, Cathy was the Global Cheese Buyer for Whole Foods and you’d be hard-pressed to find someone more knowledgeable about the world of cheese and cheesemakers. Cathy joins host Kerry Diamond to talk about her impressive career, food trends, and what she’s doing for Thanksgiving.
