 This week on the show I have founder of of Revival Strength, Marcus Filly. Marcus is a four-time CrossFit Games athlete who now has an alternative opinion about the sport and who should be aiming to compete at a high level. Marcus is very articulate and does an amazing job enlightening people about his training methods and also how to consider longevity in your day-to-day training. What I really enjoy about Marcus is how he culminates nourishment, lifestyle, stress, fitness, sleep, and relationships all into the umbrella of living a long and happy life.
