PwC released their Global consumer survey earlier this week and it revealed how the COVID-19 pandemic is changing urban consumer purchasing habits and behaviours and how global disruption has forced the acceleration of a more digital way of life. Ronan talks to Owen McFeely, Director, PwC Ireland Retail & Consumer Practice about how the survey came about, why during a noticeable digital shift physical stores will still exist, and the increase in online grocery shopping.
