‘Pick Me Girl’ is a scathing label born online a few years ago to describe women who value male attention above anything else. 

We want to assess what this label is and suggest that actually, we’re all pick-me’s. It’s something ingrained in all us that we hate to admit, but it’s actually good to know and recognise.
