Dan Lawson is a GB Ultra Runner wih a list of achievement almost too long to name. I first hear of Dan through my brother and hearing the stories of the crazy distances that he would run. Upon meeting Dan, he explains running these distances as not only simple, but blissfully peaceful and a human capability we all hold at some point. We go into areas such as the mindset needed to run distances well over 100km, the mediative state it gets him in, stories along the way and the sustainability of running attire.
