The group engages in a fierce battle with General Ratanish, defeating him and looting his body for various weapons and gold. They also find a symbol of the Dust Confederacy branded on his shoulder.
Verna and Joe, two individuals who were held captive by Ratanish, join the group and reveal that they were forced to work on various projects and explosives for the Paragons Call. They suggest going to a safe house known as Hondir for repairs and supplies.
The group makes their way to the abandoned Hondir, a former hideout of the Grimbearers. They rest, discuss the situation, and plan their next moves.
The podcast reveals that the Red Moon army has gathered forces from across Exandria and has set up a stronghold around the Bloody Bridge.
