WhyFI Matter$ 18 by Vote: On the Basis of Youth Voting and the U.S Voting System
If we don't want our nightmare to continue, the youth of America, need to know how to vote! The young voters are the new voters, but young voters are often unfamiliar with the process- not to mention the voting system and the voting process of the U.S is quite like a horror movie! I hope you like my Halloween references ;) But in all seriousness, with the election next week, I wanted to put out one last push to go VOTE!. I am interviewing Civic engagement fellows, Kelly and Claire from 18.byVote a youth led Organization designed to educate and empower young people who are old enough to vote, but also those who are 18 by the next vote. They have been featured on Good Morning America Teen Vogue, the Wall Street journal and NBC news! Today we will talk about the empowerment of the youth voice and also the voting system/process of America.
