There are three big financial statements that practices should always be analyzing, and I feel that the balance sheet is the one that gets the least love from ODs. During the conversation, I talk about how to calculate your quick ratio, your current ratio, and your debt service to outstanding debt ratio and what range each of those should be within your practice.
