Mike is a seasoned fitness expert with over 40 years of experience and a passion for helping others embrace a healthy lifestyle with humility and grace. Born into the family that started America’s oldest gym (Wareing’s Gym), Mike has cultivated a unique perspective on health and well-being which he shares generously with those around him. His relentless pursuit of personal growth and ability to find meaning in life's challenges has made him an invaluable source of inspiration and guidance for anyone seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them.
At 69 years old, his infectious energy and zest for life is beyond inspiring. I hope Mike's wisdom and outlook on life is an empowering reminder of the power we ALL have to stay young, vibrant, full of life as we move through the rollercoaster of life.
