What were the key themes of the conferences?

Given it’s a bank in conference, lots of conversations about M&A. A few things that I saw
Lots and lots and lots of strategies better looking to do add-ons over the next 6-18 months. If you’re a $2M-$15m ebitda business there are lots of prospective buyers.
Private equity firms are being cautious about what day B deploy. Those that are early in their investment cycle or invested heavily, those that are later stage are pulling back given the current rate environment.
Resetting expectations but Optimism nonetheless
