Joanna is a life coach and a weight loss coach. She tried countless diets over the years but could never maintain the weight she lost. When she was diagnosed with Graves’ disease, Joanna knew she needed to improve her health.

In 2018, Joanna found IF through an online weight loss group. After reading how IF reduces inflammation, Joanna began her IF journey. She has lost 30 pounds and gained a positive mindset. Joanna loves her body and has gratitude for all that it does for her.
