As a busy mother of three, Heather became a Holistic Health Coach to fulfill her passion for helping busy parents improve their health, happiness, and family life. Heather specializes in nutrition and self-care to support immune system health, and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her family and friends, running, gardening, practicing yoga, and writing. Heather received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she received in-depth training in nutrition, health and wellness, and coaching skills, and earned her BA from the University of Virginia, and MBA from the University of Chicagoās Booth School of Business.
