He had the unique opportunity to step into a different role as a client, following the lead of a professional hunting guide. However, the guide's lackluster performance in several key areas of leadership provided a rich learning experience.

 

Brian breaks down four critical leadership missteps he observed, including poor communication, lack of confidence, distancing from the group, and undermining his own leadership by speaking negatively of others. Drawing from these observations, he reflects on how leaders in any field—whether in business, teams, or families—can avoid these pitfalls.
