PX Espresso Hour☕with Luke O'Mahoney
Episode 4 - Perry Timms - Creating Better Business For a Better World - HR's Most Influential Thinker
This week I had the absolute privilege to be joined by, Perry Timms, who has recently been named HR's Most Influential Thinker for 2022 by HR Magazine (full list).
This was a wonderful conversation with a truly inspirational human being.
Amongst other things, we discussed the 4-day work week, decentralised and self managed organisations, and of course how to create environments and cultures where people thrive.
I have known Perry personally for close to 8 years but in this conversation I got to know Perry in a much more meaningful and connected way as we explored his formative experiences that have gone on to shape the person he has gone on to become and plant seeds for the transformational work Perry does today.
I know so many people will take something from this conversation as I did, it is a pleasure to share it with you.
Enjoy!
