He explains how he discovered the potential of short-term rentals through the Vodyssey community and decided to invest in a property in Galveston, Texas.
Chad also discusses the challenges he faced during the setup phase when he was involved in a horrific car accident. We finished up talking about the importance of accurately estimating your expenses.
