Corrections: During the intro, I meant to say American Civil War rather than World War II in terms of Ohioan presidents. Beginning with Grant, and continuing through the early 20th century, Ohio produced many of the nation's presidents.

Also, the Newburgh Address was issued on March 10 and called for the meeting on March 11. I was right about the date of the meeting initially, wrong about the date the address was issued on
