State Rep. Brian Pettyjohn confirms State Senator Stephanie Hansen said she will not allow his bill to stop DENREC from mandating that the only new cars to be sold in Delaware must be electric vehicles will never leave her committee for a vote, even though a majority of Delawareans do not want to be forced to buy one.
