Ep 88: Everything Matters with Jennifer McMaster

In today's episode I am sharing with all of you another episode with one of my best friends Jennifer McMaster.

She is a certified story work coach who enjoys using the power of words, language and communication to help people mobilize their dreams into reality, create lasting and meaningful connections with self and others. 
She herself, has navigated many gritty times and experiences in her life and can appreciate the time, energy and efforts required to transform through reflection, learning and healing and how in the presence of others, we can hold more space and distance from ourselves and outdated narratives to better process and transform.
