Paul has dedicated his life to standing up for justice and doing the right thing even when it is not popular or easy. Born in Portland, Paul spent most of his childhood in Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe). He was arrested at age 15 for distributing educational material that was determined by the Rhodesian government to be “revolutionary.” Dr. Paul is known for his ongoing questioning of the evolving CDC and AAP recommended vaccine schedule for children, which he considers excessive based on his and others’ extensive research. In fact, Dr. Paul wrote a best-selling book (co-authored with Jennifer Margulis, PhD) The Vaccine-Friendly Plan: Dr. Paul’s Safe and Effective Approach to Immunity and Health – from Pregnancy through your Child’s Teen Years, published in 2016 by Ballantine Books. In 2008, Dr. Paul left his pediatric group practice to form Integrative Pediatrics, LLC, where he has over 13,000 patients who appreciate his integrative approach to pediatric care and children’s health that embraces the best from all disciplines of medicine.
