We break rehab into stages:
- Stage 1: Identify daily compression and reduce if required.
- Stage 2: Start tendon loading & monitor response. Including isometrics, eccentrics, concentric/eccentric, power, speed.
- Stage 3: Return to sport & monitor symptoms
- Stage 4: Start addressing entire kinetic chain while returning to activity.
