CrossFit Games Recap with Kenya’s Fittest Man Jeremy Mghenyi
Jeremy is a hard working, soft spoken, and talented individual. At the early age of 7 he moved from Kenya to the United States of America to start a new life in Rochester, Minnesota. Jeremy has always been involved with fitness whether that was youth sports growing up, tae kwon do, and most recently competitive CrossFit. Jeremy is also one of the few people in Minnesota that can say they have been training and competing CrossFit for an entire decade.
In this episode Jeremy talks about his tenure as a CrossFit coach and high level competitor as well as his experience competing representing Kenya at the 2019 CrossFit Games. Jeremy will forever go down in history as the first man to represent Kenya at the CrossFit Games and will look to continue to do the same going into the 2020 season.
