It is time for students to go back to school. But thanks to the pandemic, school is unlike anything we've seen before.  Remote learning will have a big impact on the millions of workers that also happen to be parents. Research directors Patricia Raicht and Christian Beaudoin have studied the impact on office employers and investigated how companies can support parent employees.  James Cook is the director of retail research in the Americas for JLL.
