Sabrina Pace-Humphreys is a proud mother, grandmother, motivational public speaker and presenter. She somehow manages to fit in being a trail running ultra-runner, an author, a social justice activist, co-founder and trustee of the community and campaigning charity - Black Trail Runners - a run coach and personal trainer!
